After placing your order, your finely crafted Popkatsu goods will ship within 2-7 days.

2 things to remember: You get FREE SHIPPING for USA orders over $50… and otherwise, we offer flat rate shipping… which means no matter how large your order is, you’d still only pay $8 for Canada orders, and $10 for everywhere else in the world. So yeah, order more… save more!
Our mission is to provide you with exquisitely designed, well-crafted, sometimes funny (and occasionally thought-provoking) apparel that you’ll love to wear out and garner attention with. Our shirts are great conversation starters, and we’ve got a little something for everyone… whether you’re liberal, conservative, somewhere in between, or… fuck the system, burn it all down! If you don’t have a sense of humor, sorry… we can’t help you there.
As for returns, God forbid anything should go awry with your order, but rest assured, in the uber rare case that something is wrong with what you ordered, we’ll deal with it. Any claims for misprinted / damaged / defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you, the customer, notice an issue on the products or anything else in the order, please report the problem ASAP. You can easily reach us via the contact form on this site or via email at shop @ popkatsu.com. Once return eligibility is approved, we will provide instructions for the return. **Do not return any product without prior written approval from Popkatsu.**
Reasons for Returns – Popkatsu does not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size. (Size charts for each product are provided for your convenience.)
Wrong Address – If you, the customer, provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our supplier. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the supplier facility and you, the customer, will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
